Scott Harper

Scott Harper graduated from Lewistown Area Senior High School in 1987 with Distinguished Honors, from Juniata College in 1991 with a BA in Liberal Arts, and from Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg Branch in 2005 with a Juris Doctor degree.

Prior to practicing law, Scott Harper formed a Pennsylvania corporation in 1994 that specialized in commercial building maintenance services. The business grew successfully over the years, employing hundreds of workers throughout central Pennsylvania.

Prior to running a business, Scott served with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as an infantryman, enlisting shortly after turning seventeen years old.

Paul C. Siegrist

Paul graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in 2005 with a BA in Public Relations. In 2008 Paul received his JD from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg.

Prior to joining S.Harper Law Office, Paul clerked for the Cumberland County District Attorney's Office and worked as in-house counsel for a local corporation. While a law clerk for the DA, Paul worked in the Appellate Division where he prosecuted cases on behalf of the Commonwealth and drafted appeals to the Superior Court.

Now, Paul relies on his experiences to provide exceptional representation in areas of Criminal Law and Personal Injury.
